Avery's crankiness from yesterday spilled into the night. She tossed and turned and cried out a good bit. She was talking in her sleep and mad at me by what she was saying:) She spiked another fever early this morning.

Her blood counts were good so no transfusions needed. Her electrolyte levels are improving. Her cultures still show no growth, and her ANC has risen to 10. They stopped the Flagyl antibiotic, so now she is just on Cefepime and Voriconazole.
After she woke up this morning, she watched the iPad for a little bit, She fell asleep again around 9:30 am and continued to sleep until about 2pm. She looked and acted like she desperately needed the rest. Shortly after she woke up from her nap, she vomited and spiked another fever of 101.2.
She had a little bit of playful time this evening opening a new toy, Facetiming with her sisters, and trying to scare her Daddy. She was fast asleep by 9pm and only woke briefly when we gave her her injection:(
Please continue to pray for:
- No more fever
- ANC to keep rising
- Continued management of pain
- A clear plan for the coming weeks
- Rest
Prayers for a restful night for all of you and a good day tomorrow.
I am daily amazed at the abundant amount of strength, patience and endurance our Lord has given you. Daily prayers for both you and Avery💕🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻
Bless her heart. I’m sure she’s ready to get out of the hospital by now. Continued prayers for all of you. 💕
Bless her sweet heart! She has every reason to be cranky with all she endures every day. So thankful she had some time with her sisters and her dad via her iPad. Mom, you are a trooper to do all you do everyday to make this sweet girl as comfortable as possible. I know you must be exhausted. Praying for God to continue to provide strength for each new day for you and for sweet Avery! Thankful that her blood counts were good, her electrolyte levels are better and for her ANC to keep rising. Keeping the pain under control is an answered prayer. So thankful for any and ALL improvements. Praying for better days ahead.
