Thursday, November 7th
Avery had a good first night. The meds completely knocked her out, so she slept the whole night through with the exception of one bathroom trip.
She spent the majority of the day sleeping as well with a few periods of playfulness and smiles. She was very cooperative(for her) with vitals today with the exception of a few temperature readings.
She received her Etoposide at 12, followed by Cyclophosphamide at 2. She managed to make it to 3:30pm before her first bought of nausea. She got sick two additional times(3 total) before turning in for the night. Her face is puffy and swollen from the fluids, but it doesn’t seem to be bothering her.
Tomorrow will be identical to today medicine wise. We are hoping for an uneventful day with lots of rest(and maybe some crafts).
Please continue to pray for:
- No nausea and vomiting
- Lots of rest
- Swelling to subside
