Avery didn’t rest very well last night but was still ready to take on a big day! No blood or platelets were needed. Her Potassium and Phos were on the high side, so we have temporarily stopped those supplements. Her ANC was 2700.
They drew her CD34 labs this morning, so we filled the day with fun while we waited for the results. Phi Mu put on an amazing Frozen event including crafts, meeting Anna and Elsa, real snow, toys, and a viewing of the new Frozen 2 movie! Avery loved every bit of it but was worn out mid movie, so we headed back to the room to rest. She also managed to squeeze in making a finger print ornament with our friends from Smile-a-mile.

Finally, the transplant team came and updated us that her numbers were the same as yesterday and pheresis was not an option. They will meet with our neuro oncologist and team tomorrow to discuss alternate options.
With pheresis off the table, there was nothing left to keep us there, so we were discharged! We will have to return to clinic either Thursday or Friday for labs.
Please continue to pray for:
- Continued recovery on her own from this cycle(we stopped the daily injections boosting her counts so it is up to her body now to heal)
- Wisdom and guidance for the team as they determine next steps
- Safety from illnesses and germs as her counts drop
- Ella and Lexi to quickly recover from strep throat
Prayers for Avery and your whole family!!
