Avery had a clinic visit today. She still didn’t make counts to begin her next round of chemo. Everything was good except for her platelets, which were only up to 60. We are hoping for more improvement next week.
Last Friday morning, Avery spiked a fever which meant a trip to the ER was warranted. She didn’t have any other symptoms and didn’t feel too bad, but we had to go to due to her having a port. It was the easiest ER visit to date which really speaks to how she was actually feeling. Since she wasn‘t neutropenic, we were allowed to go home(a first for us). Her blood cultures and COVID test both came back negative a few days later. She continued to run a low grade temp through Monday night though.
Avery has been dealing with some fatigue and nausea the past week, but we are hoping tor that to improve as she gets further out from the fevers and whatever virus that caused them.

Please continue to pray for:
- Improved counts
- No more fevers
- More energy
- No more nausea
Prayers for all you have ask for above. God Bless that sweet baby. Miss her beautiful smile in this picture. 🙏🙏
Sorry about these bumps, praying she improves quickly, and especially praying for the following,
