Saturday, January 25th
Avery's day started out rough waking up vomiting at 2:30am and 6:30am. Despite increasing her Benadryl/Ativan drip, she still managed to get sick over 10 times today. She is getting scheduled Zofran every 8 hours and individual doses of Benadryl and Ativan as needed, but these aren't putting much of a dent in her nausea. They stopped her NG feeds completely until the nausea subsides.
Her ANC has dropped to 150. She should be at zero tomorrow and then begin the long climb back up. Her energy levels have taken a hit, but she was still able to play for a few minutes at a time.
If she continues to be afebrile overnight they will stop her IV Vancomycin tomorrow sometime. Her skin is still red(kind of like a mild sunburn) from the Thiotepa, but luckily it is only itching and not hurting. And although her mouth doesn't look good, she is not in a lot of pain from the mucositis yet.

- No more vomiting or diarrhea
- Protection of her liver and kidneys
- Pain management
- Rest
