Avery was pretty restless last night. She got up twice to go to the bathroom and was very agitated during vitals. She was awake and settled on the couch by 7:30 this morning.
Her ANC was 4500 today, and she didn't require any blood or platelet transfusions. She had quite a few med changes today. She didn't require any Neupogen since her counts were high. They stepped her morphine down again. They discontinued her IV Micafungin and added Fluconazole through her NG tube. She will likely be on Fluconazole for a number of months post transplant to protect her from fungal infections. They changed her Zantac from IV to through her NG tube; this is another medicine we will continue for a while. They discontinued her Lasix since her weight is staying steady, and she is not retaining extra fluid . They reduced her TPN rate to take into account the added fluid intake she is getting through feeds. We increased her feeds to 20mL per hour around 5pm today. If she continues to tolerate them well, we will increase again tomorrow. Her goal rate is 56mL per hour.
She played games and watched videos most of the day and took a nice long nap this afternoon.

Please continue to pray for:
- No more vomiting
- Tolerate nutrition and medicines
- No new complications
- Rest
What a beautiful smile! So thankful all is going so much better! I This little angel is one amazingly strong little warrior! Still praying and believing for a miracle. God bless all of you with a restful night and praying everything goes well throughout the night and all day tomorrow and in the days ahead!
Still praying for complete healing. Still loving those big beautiful smiles. 😃😃🙏🙏
